Which insurance providers do you accept?+

At this time, we accept the following insurance providers:

  • Industrial Alliance Financial Group

If you don’t see your insurance provider listed above, please contact us and we will gladly double check for you before booking.

What type of direct billing do you do?+

We do direct billing with most insurance providers or extended health benefits (for list of providers, see Q&A above). Unfortunately, we don’t do direct billing for ICBC, MSP or WCB at this time.

What are your COVID-19 protocols?+

We are doing our best to ensure that the experience is not only safe, but relaxing and comfortable for you. Please check out our latest updates on what we’re doing in response to COVID-19.

Do you take walk-in clients?+

Unfortunately, we do not accept walk-in clients. If you would like to visit us, please leave us a message or you book an appointment through our scheduling portal. If you are new to Juniper, there will be a follow up email with an intake form upon booking.

What’s your cancellation policy?+

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy should you need to cancel your appointment for any reason. If it’s past the 24 hours, cancellation fees may apply.
