We do not accept walk-ins. All visits are by appointment only. You can book directly through our online scheduling portal. New patients will receive an intake form by email upon booking.

We direct bill to a wide range of extended health benefit providers, including Pacific Blue Cross, Sun Life, Manulife, Canada Life, and many others. Not every therapist bills to every provider, so if you have a specific question, feel free to contact us before booking. See our full list of insurance providers →

We provide direct billing to most extended health benefit providers. We do not directly bill ICBC, MSP, or WCB at this time. If you have an ICBC or WCB claim, we will provide a receipt with your claim number so you can submit it to your adjuster or case manager for reimbursement. Learn more →

We no longer offer physiotherapy at Juniper. If you're looking for physiotherapy specifically, we have recommendations for local providers in the area. In the meantime, our RMTs would love to help with any massage therapy needs.

Our front door is kept locked at all times for patient privacy. Please arrive on time — your therapist will come to the door to meet you at the start of your appointment. We ask that patients do not arrive early as a previous session may still be in progress.

We are located at 120-3591 Chatham St, Richmond, BC V7E 2Z1, in the heart of Steveston Village. Free parking is available at the front of the building.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. As each therapist manages their own schedule, cancellation fees are handled individually — please get in touch with your therapist directly if you have questions about your specific appointment.
We ask that patients notify us as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule. Please do not come in if you are feeling unwell.
