Juniper RMT is committed to maintaining a safe, inclusive, respectful environment for our patients and staff. We do not tolerate harassment, inappropriate conduct, or disrespectful communication of any kind — whether in clinic, by phone, text, or email.

All treatments are conducted within the strict professional and ethical guidelines set out by the College of Complimentary Health Professionals of BC. Patients are encouraged to speak up if they ever feel uncomfortable.

Any behaviour deemed inappropriate will result in immediate termination of the appointment and dismissal from the clinic.
